ومثّل الاجتماع فرصة جدّد من خلالها جميع الاعضاء التأكيد على التزامهم بمزيد دفع مسار استرجاع الأموال المنهوبة في مختلف مراحله لاسيما فيما يتعلق بعمليات التقصي والبت في القضايا الجارية وتقويم الإجراءات والتشريعات ذات الصلة واحكام التنسيق بين مختلف المتدخلين علاوة على المساعي المبذولة في إطار المساندة الدبلوماسية وتحسيس الاطراف الأجنبية بأهمية ملف استرجاع الأموال المنهوبة الموجودة بالخارج لفائدة الشعب التونسي في أقرب الآجال.
كما خصّص هذا الاجتماع للمصادقة على النظام الداخلي للّجنة الخاصة المذكورة آنفا وطريقة عملها طبقا للفصل 04 من الأمر الرئاسي المذكور.

M. Nabil Ammar, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger, a présidé le jeudi 14 septembre 2023, au siège du Ministère, la réunion ministérielle de la Commission Spéciale auprès de la Présidence de la République chargée de récupérer les fonds spoliés à l'étranger, et ce conformément au décret présidentiel no 112/2020 du 22 octobre 2020, en présence des membres de ladite commission, le Premier Conseiller auprès du Président de la République, Mesdames les Ministres de la Justice et des Finances, le Ministre des Domaines de l'Etat et des Affaires Foncières, le Gouverneur de la Banque centrale et le Chargé du Contentieux de l'Etat.
La réunion a, également, été l'occasion pour tous les membres de réaffirmer leur engagement à continuer à œuvrer pour récupérer les fonds spoliés à l'étranger, dans les plus brefs délais, au profit du peuple tunisien, en veillant à ce que toutes les structures des ministères et institutions concernés assument leurs attributions en matière d’investigations, de collecte d’informations, de révision des procédures et du cadre réglementaire si nécessaire, outre le soutien politique et diplomatique.
Cette réunion a aussi été consacrée à l'approbation du règlement intérieur de la commission spéciale susmentionnée et son mode de fonctionnement, conformément à l'article 4 du décret présidentiel y afférent.

Mr. Nabil Ammar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, chaired on Thursday September 14, 2023, at the headquarters of the Ministry, the ministerial meeting of the Special Commission to the Presidency of the Republic in charge of recovering stolen assets abroad in accordance with presidential decree no. 112/2020 of October 22, 2020, in the presence of the members of this commission, the First Adviser to the President of the Republic, the ministers of justice and finance, the minister of the State property and Land Affairs, the Governor of the Central Bank and the State Litigation general Officer.
The meeting was also an opportunity for all members to reiterate their commitment to continue their endeavor recovering, as soon as possible, the stolen assets abroad, for the benefit of the Tunisian people, ensuring that all the structures of the ministries and the concerned institutions assume their responsibilities in terms of investigations, collect of information, reform of legislative and institutional processes if necessary, in addition to political and diplomatic support.
The meeting was also devoted to approving the procedure rules of the above-mentioned special commission and its mode of operation, in accordance with article 4 of the relevant presidential decree.
